Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters. If your ZenOral™ Pro isn't right for you, we'll make it right.

Return window: Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging and with all accessories included. For hygiene reasons, opened nozzles may not be returnable.

Process: Email hello@zenoral.co.za with your order number to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Faulty items: If your unit arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost.
